Shiplift and Transfer Systems

For the purpose of produced shiplift and transfer system we have already systematized a spectrum of production field of design, production, test, after sales service and quality assurance. Accordingly, upgrading your competitive power, we are ready to support our customers satisfaction and we are looking forward to continue cooperation and collaboration.

Fast docking

From docking to dry-land, parking takes a minimum of time compared with another system. This is the result of optimal coordinate of the shiplift and transfer arrangement.

The shiplift system offers maximum all-round safety for personnel and ship thanks to rigid platform, high performance wire rope and control system.

Lifting and launching

The shiplift operates continuosly, smoothly and sychroneously, even with irregular load distribution on the platform. This is accomplished by the electro-mechanical hoisting system with a standardized capacity range from 80-64,000 metric tons.

The suspension of the platform is made by high performance wire rope, developed and designed especially port the requirement of TPK shiplift.

Flexibility

The shiplift system is an all-round docking system, which is used in shipyard for maintenance, repair and new construction.

A shiplift avoids any limitation of dry-docking capacity in principle. It can be also in most case implemented easily in existing yards.

Platform

The platform can be designed according to the rigid type or articulate type.

For the reason of safety aspect usually the platform is designed according to the shopisticated rigid type. This design concept which is based on the continuous beam principle allows the best load distribution factor according to all classification societies' regulations.
